• Use our services to distribute unsolicited marketing messages (spam).
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.

Violation of any of these terms may result in the termination of your access to the services provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, trademarks, and materials created by Maktub Technologies remain the intellectual property of the company. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for their intended purposes under the terms of the service agreement. Unauthorized use or distribution of Maktub Technologies’ intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect and keep confidential all non-public information exchanged during the course of the service relationship. Neither party will disclose or use confidential information for any purpose other than to fulfill their obligations under the service agreement.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date will become due immediately. Maktub Technologies reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to services if there is a breach of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maktub Technologies will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maktub Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of your use of the services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
